Individual youth matched with industry-specific mentors for 1:1 sessions and small-group activities focused on building skills, exploring new passions, and getting through hard stretches — two-hour sessions all school year, plus field trips and boot camps every summer.
Our youth gun-violence prevention program. We connect teens heavily impacted by violence and trauma with trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness practice, building the decision-making skills that keep them safe and moving forward.
Accelerated learning in coding, software, network development, and video production — plus rotating camps in financial services, crypto and NFTs, art, fashion, health, and wellness.
Volunteer and work-study placements for high school and college credit, with partners including Little Haiti Optimist Foundation, La Luchi Foundation, and I Am A Scholar, plus roles at NSYL’s own youth center.
N.S.Y.L. will rely on hundreds of volunteers each year to support our youth with their journeys.
